Thanks to the innovative design of the Trioliet single and triple auger feed mixers, the feed is being mixed in two directions; both vertically and horizontally. The feed is pushed up (vertical) due to the special shape of the Twin Stream augers and falls down thanks to gravity. The mixing tub is provided with patented inserts to ensure that the feed is being transported through the entire mixing vessel. This 'Dual Flow’ principle results in a perfectly mixed ration, for the cows impossible to select the tastiest food.
