The feed kitchen of the Triomatic T30 consists of one or more feed bunker(s). It is suitable for all types of feed. The storage bunkers are made of stainless steel and can be easily filled with silo tongs. The feeding robot retrieves the feed per bunker based on the pre-programmed amount. The bunkers are fully hydraulically driven.
The advantages of the Triomatic T30 feed bunker at a glance: quick and easy loading, residual material flap prevents feed losses, self-learning fall correction software for filling to the nearest kilogram, minimal maintenance due to, among other things, Automatic chain tensioning device and scraper floor chain protected by the feed, optimal adaptation to a wide variety of basic feed types due to height-adjustable dosing rollers and low investment costs. As an extension of the current T30 product range, Trioliet is introducing the new T30 1000 feeding bunker at Eurotier 2022. The T30 1000 feed bunker has a capacity of 10 m³. The maximum Load is 5,000 kg. Suitable for smaller dairy farms with smaller daily amounts of maize, grass, etc. as well as for sheep and goat farmers. But also for larger systems, where only small quantities of certain components are fed, such as straw.
So far, the T30 feed bunkers have a capacity of 18 m³. From now on you have the choice between feed bunkers with a capacity of 10 m³ or 18 m³ or a combination of both. For dairy farmers who already work with a Triomatic T30 feeding system, the 1000 bunker can be retrofitted.
The new T30 1000 feed bunker:
