The new year is off to a good start for Anthony Lepage from GAEC Saint Laurent in France. Anthony Lepage is the lucky winner of our anniversary competition, and receives the six-day trip for two to California – including tickets to the World Ag Expo, the world's largest agricultural trade show.
Anthony Lepage will swap his dairy farm for the city life in Los Angeles and San Francisco for a week in February. The 34-year-old French dairy farmer from Brittany is looking forward to it. It's a big adventure for him, as he has never left France before. Anthony: "This is a beautiful opportunity to see part of America and a great way to look at agriculture over there and to brush up on my English."
Anthony has recently acquired a <link http: products.trioliet.com mixer-feeders solomix-p-zkx.html _blank external-link-new-window externe link in nieuw>Solomix P3 3600 ZKX-T, a mixer feeder with a 36m3 capacity and a straw blower. The company has 140 dairy cows. "The mixer feeder has a huge capacity. We now feed the cattle once a day and we scatter a large quantity of straw in the stables daily. The new mixer feeder takes a lot less time than the old feed wagon, so it will be easy for my replacement to do the work when I'm away on my one-week holiday," Anthony laughs. Sylvain Bomme, a salesman with the dealer Lesieur, will also receive a free trip and accompany Mr Lepage to the USA. The anniversary competition was open to anyone who ordered a mixer feeder from Trioliet during the second half of 2015. Anthony Lepage was the lucky winner from over 140 entrants.
The award of this prize marks the end of our 65th anniversary year. This was a successful year in which we were able to showcase everything that Trioliet has achieved over the last 65 years: the most comprehensive range of feeding technology, a strong global network of dealers and a large following of loyal customers. That's a result we can be proud of. Thanks to the construction of a new logistics centre and the development of our new production facility, we are also ready for what the future holds.
